It Tells You What Buyers Want
Real questions, real frustrations, in their own words. No surveys and no guessing. People just tell you.
I'm Oleg Galeev, and I've been on Reddit for 12 years. I grow and moderate subreddits for businesses, so the threads people find on Google and in ChatGPT answers keep pointing back to you. Slow on purpose. It compounds instead of crashing.
From $5,000/month · 6 month minimum · you work with me, not an account manager
A viral post gets you a weekend. Traffic jumps, everyone celebrates, and three weeks later the graph looks like it never happened.
A community works the other way. It's boring for the first few months. Then members start answering each other, threads start ranking, and the line keeps going up after the campaign would have ended. That second line is the only thing I sell.
Most brands skip this. That's the opening. Here are the six reasons I build one for every client, and I saved the best for last.
Real questions, real frustrations, in their own words. No surveys and no guessing. People just tell you.
Every thread is a possible article, video or post. You stop brainstorming in a void because your audience hands you the list.
When members vouch for you in threads you never touched, it lands harder than anything on your own website.
Reddit carries a lot of weight in search. A well-run subreddit often sits on page one for your brand name, and that spot is yours to keep.
Conversations your community starts turn into pages that rank for the searches you care about. Threads you never wrote, working for years.
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity learned from Reddit and still cite it. Your subreddit becomes part of what they tell people about your niche and your product.
514.6 million people use Reddit every week, according to Reddit's Q2 2026 results. Search engines and AI models noticed long before most marketing teams did.
Reddit was the most cited domain across 30 million US citations in ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
Peec AI, Most Cited Domains In AI Search, March 2026Google licensed Reddit's content for AI in February 2024, reportedly for about $60 million a year. OpenAI announced its own Reddit partnership in May 2024.
Engadget, 22 February 2024 · OpenAI, May 2024Reddit grew into the fourth most visible domain in US Google search after about two years of growth.
SISTRIX, Reddit Domain Analysis, July 2026of Reddit users surveyed said they visit two or more communities to check a purchase before they buy.
Reddit and WPP research, 13,000+ users, via Social Media Today, June 2026Three jobs, run together every month. No ads, no shortcuts, and nothing you'd be embarrassed to see screenshotted.
r/YourBrand, built from the first post and run like a real community, because it is one.
A named brand account that shows up where your buyers already talk, and says who it is.
Proof that the work reaches the answers people read, measured the same way every month.
Every agency says "authentic". Here's what that means in practice. Reddit bans these tactics, moderators hunt for them, and when they get caught the screenshots outlive the campaign.
No 30-day miracle plan. This is the real pace, including the part where it looks slow.
I audit where your brand and category already show up, map the communities and their mods, set up your subreddit and lock the questions we'll track in AI answers.
Steady posting, recurring threads, the first members who come back without being asked. Growth looks small here. That's normal, and it's where most agencies quit.
Members answer each other, threads start ranking on Google, and your subreddit begins to show up in the AI visibility log.
By now the community has volunteer mods and a rhythm. Keep me on, or take it in-house with the playbook I leave behind.
For reference: most of the subreddits below took 6 to 8 months to cross 1,000 members. That's what organic looks like, and it's why I ask for 6 months up front.
No logo wall and no "300% growth" with no baseline. These are the 7 subreddits I moderate. Open any of them and check the numbers yourself.
25 everyday questions, run once through ChatGPT search and once through Grok. None of them mention Reddit. These answers linked a thread from one of my communities anyway:
AI answers change from run to run. That's why I log them every month instead of quoting one lucky screenshot.
r/GoingToPeru, r/TravelEcuador and r/galapagostourism support travel businesses I own. I test everything on my own money before I touch yours.
People used to ask how I managed it all. Nobody asks anymore. Because, you know. AI. The part AI can't do is the 12 years of knowing how Reddit actually behaves.
Priced up front so neither of us wastes a call. The final number depends on how much ground we cover.
6 month minimum, then month to month.
Bans come from breaking a community's rules or Reddit's spam rules. I read every sub's rules before posting, talk to moderators before anything promotional, and the brand account always says who it is. In your own subreddit, you write the rules.
Your disclosed brand account, plus your team's own accounts once they're comfortable. I write, schedule and moderate. Nothing goes out pretending to be a customer.
First members within the first weeks. Real momentum usually arrives between months 3 and 6. Google rankings and AI citations tend to show up between months 6 and 12. If you need numbers next month, run ads instead.
We agree on a fixed set of questions your buyers ask, written the way they'd type them and never mentioning Reddit. Every month I run them through ChatGPT search and Grok by API and check Perplexity and Google AI Overviews by hand. You get a log of which answers cite your subreddit or threads, with links.
About an hour a week for approvals and product questions, plus an occasional AMA if we plan one. The day-to-day is on me.
Ads stop the day the budget stops. A community, and the threads it creates, keep working. I don't run ads. If you want both, run ads alongside this, not instead of it.
Where your brand and competitors show up on Reddit today, which Reddit threads rank on Google for your category, whether ChatGPT cites any of them, and an honest answer on whether Reddit is worth it for you at all.
Tell me about your business and I'll look at it the way your buyers do. You get a written audit. If Reddit isn't a fit, I'll tell you that too.
